Sore Hands

Cross hatching feels like an addiction at the moment. I'm working on this comic that is heavily cross hatched, but cross hatching seems to be seeping into everything else I do. It's like I can't help myself. I'll start a drawing with the intention of keeping it loose and free, and then I find myself putting line upon line on top of each other until my hand hurts.
